Allyson Awasthi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Certified Addiction Professional in Jupiter, FL. Allyson is passionate about working with individuals and couples who are seeking to deepen their understanding of self and is dedicated to helping improve relationships through this understanding. With 9 years of experience in the field of substance use and addiction, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of anxiety, depression, codependence, trauma, and family systems.
Throughout her career, Allyson has had the privilege of working with Mary Holoryd and Tammie Holloway, as well as various treatment centers in Florida and New York. Allyson is known for personalized approaches to therapy, which include somatic work, eye-movement desensitization reprocessing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Allyson strongly believes in respect, honesty, and community and strives to make a positive impact through implementing these values in her practice.

A dream she had 50 years ago caused Elaine to leave her birth country of England and move to Canada. She has been following her own dreams since then and dedicates her life to others who are seeking a guide on their own unique inner journey. She does this by offering Spiritual Dream Healing, Jungian based thought and sharing the wisdom she has collected along the way.
Elaine has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and is a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She studied for a year at the Authentic Movement Institute in San Francisco and then trained under Jungian Analyst Marion Woodman in her BodySoul© Leadership Training program for 4 years.
Her training and her interest in the body/mind/soul/spirit connection makes her uniquely qualified to accompany you on your spiritual and psychological journey.
