Mary Holroyd is a licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed Massage Therapist, personal trainer, yoga instructor and creator of Freedom Breathwork. She has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. Mary was first drawn to health and healing arts profession through her experience as a professional racquetball player and competitive bodybuilder. She recieved her massage therapy license in 1986 and added her personal training certification in 1990. Initially, Mary worked with chiropractors and physical therapists using deep tissue, Neuromuscular and structural alignment techniques.

She was employed at the Breakers in Palm Beach, The Ritz-Carlton and the Green House Spa at Mar-a-Lago. She continued her education by practicing and studying Sivananda Yoga, Breath work, energy work, hypnosis and hypnotherapy. In 1993 she met Jim and Sari Terrusa and began using Transmutational Breathwork in her spiritual practice. She eventually taught and facilitated trainings with them for over 18 years at the Transformational Studies Institute in Jupiter, Florida. After returning to college to complete her Masters degree in mental health counseling, Mary became certified as an EMDR therapist, studied Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting and was also trained by the Harner Shamanic Studies Institute learning various inner journey practices. She has recently added Spiritual Integration sessions for individuals exploring plant medicine.

Mary creates a powerful blend of intuition, education and experience by combining elements of these modalities. She has developed a service that focuses on healing, teaching, learning and lasting lifestyle change.
