Allyson Awasthi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Certified Addiction Professional in Jupiter, FL. Allyson is passionate about working with individuals and couples who are seeking to deepen their understanding of self and is dedicated to helping improve relationships through this understanding. With 9 years of experience in the field of substance use and addiction, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of anxiety, depression, codependence, trauma, and family systems.

Throughout her career, Allyson has had the privilege of working with Mary Holoryd and Tammie Holloway, as well as various treatment centers in Florida and New York. Allyson is known for personalized approaches to therapy, which include somatic work, eye-movement desensitization reprocessing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Allyson strongly believes in respect, honesty, and community and strives to make a positive impact through implementing these values in her practice.
